These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at www.webseytu.com (together or individually “Service”) operated by Sun Front Pvt. Ltd.
By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
All prices listed on the Website are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) inclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified.
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices for items in an Order are fixed once your Order has been confirmed. If a Discount Code is entered at the checkout, it has the effect of applying a discount for the entire Order.
All prices given on wbseytu.com are subject to change without any notice. Prices on our website may differ from our retail outlets.
We try our best effort to provide you with up-to-date information and accurate prices. However, in cases where an incorrect product price is listed due to an error on our website, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Hence, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, however, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price.
When you create an account with us, you agree that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete and up-to-date at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove, or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
DELIVERY & SELF-PICKUP POLICY
- We provide delivery service to all addresses within Male’ City, Hulhumale’ City and to Jetty/Boats.
- Free Delivery will be available for orders above MVR 1,000. A delivery fee of MVR 100 will be charged for orders below MVR 1,000.
- In cases where the items are requested to be delivered to a Jetty/Boat, the details (Jetty, Boat Name, Boat Contact Name & Number) should be filled in Order Notes in the Checkout Page.
- Expected Delivery Time: 1 – 4 Business Working Days.
- Deliveries will be carried out between 09:00hrs and 18:00hrs from Saturdays to Thursdays. We do not deliver on Fridays and Company Holidays. While all efforts will be made to ensure delivery within the committed time frames, delivery timings may change without prior notice. The recipient will be notified in such cases.
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Anyone who signs for the delivery at the address shall be presumed authorized to act as recipient for the item. The delivery section will call the specified contact number before the items are dispatched.
- Sun Front shall not be liable for the damage or loss of any product once delivery has been confirmed either by the original recipient or by a third-party recipient nominated by the original recipient.
- Sun Front will follow HPA Guidelines when carrying out deliveries and other services.
- Sun Front will not be liable for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Please contact Sun Front Customer Service Hotline 7645513 (Sat-Thur 09:00 – 18:00hrs), in case of delays and other inquiries.
- For Self- Pickup:
- Items may not be available for immediate pick-up. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect.
- Order Confirmation receipt and National ID card of the pick-up person will be required.
The Return Policy of Sun Front covers the terms and conditions for acceptance of returns and the relevant policies associated with them. To return an item, Sun Front Customer Service must be notified via SMS or email within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt date to the location advised by the Customer Service.
In cases of incorrect or defective items being received because of Sun Front’s error, you may request a replacement or a refund for your purchase within 24 hours of delivery via SMS or email.

Returns are accepted for products that are damaged, defective or expired when received. Items must be unused and in the same condition and packaging at the time of delivery. The order confirmation receipt will be required for returns.
Items that are not in the same condition at the time of delivery will not be accepted for returns. This includes damage incurred to items after delivery acceptance, items with missing components or parts and any issue of the item that is not due to error on the part of Sun Front.
- Refunds for payments made through the BML Payment Gateway will be done through bank transfers from Sun Front to the Customer’s bank account.
- If you are eligible for a refund, this will be informed to you via SMS or email and the payment will be processed usually within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds must be requested via email.
- If you have not received your refund within 5-7 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide all relevant details.
We gather Personal Information about you for the purposes of:
- Marketing, supplying, or delivering our products to you.
- Carrying out repair work (both in and out of warranty repairs).
- Improving and developing webseytu.com products and expanding the business.
- We are committed to protecting your personal information in line with its legal obligations.
- The Customer hereby acknowledges and consents that webseytu.com has the right to disclose personally identifiable information to related Parties such as Bank.
- The Personal Information of the Customer may be held in electronic records in data storage systems and hard copy which permit lawful access only by those company officers, employees and contractors who need access to perform their functions and to Related Parties.
- We may, from time-to-time, employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. In these circumstances webseytu.com may disclose personal information to such companies and individuals to enable them to deliver services on its behalf.
Sun Front reserves the right to make changes to webseytu.com website Terms & Conditions, and other policies without notice.
BY USING SERVICE OR OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
