Sirocco fan
A range hood has to push air through the duct to the outside, against static pressure that grows with longer ducts and more bends. KDK uses sirocco fans, which hold their performance better than turbo fans under that pressure and keep noise low.
Stronger suction through the duct
In KDK's test with a 1.5m duct and grille, its sirocco fan range hood kept more air volume than a comparable hood from another brand. Test data shown for the KDK 70HQDA.
